The courseware is not narrated to allow each client complete flexibility to edit and customize the content. Narration can be added at extra cost after “customization” has been completed.

What options are available for purchasing PerforMax3 On-Line Courseware?
A Perpetual License is a one-time, up front expense for licensing the courseware. For subsequent years, an annual support and maintenance agreement entitles the purchaser free technical and content “updates” as well as preferred pricing on courseware “upgrades”.
A Term License is a multi-year agreement (typically 3 or 4 years) that covers the licensing, support and maintenance of the courseware over the term of the agreement.

Can I make changes to the courseware content?
PerforMax3 lessons are 100% customizable! Using AuthorMax, our courseware authoring system you will be able to modify and update content, graphics and media as desired to meet the needs of your organization.
All existing PerforMax3 lessons have industry standard content. Generally, 95% of the content, graphics and other media will be readily applicable to your facility. To best serve your organization, you may wish to change, add or delete information to make the training site-specific.

How does PerforMax3 Courseware fit within the SCORM model for sharable content objects (SCO’s)?
Each title within the PerforMax3 Courseware Catalog is packaged as a SCORM “content aggregation package” containing a single sharable content object or SCO. Within the MaxTrax courseware management system, the individual SCO’s are configured as a lesson and can be used individually or can be combined with other items from the catalog to create “Courses”.
In your LMS, each package will be imported or loaded using the data within the Package Information File and content manifest. Once loaded, you will be able to deploy the courseware directly or combine it with other courseware using the administrative features of the LMS. The intent of the SCORM model is to support the sharing and reuse of self contained content elements wherever and whenever it is needed within your enterprise.

What interface do you support for communicating between your courseware and LMS?

How do you license and price your products and services?
Courseware is licensed based on the number of titles selected and the number of users to whom the courseware will be available. Each user is entitled to use any of the available courseware as many times or as often as needed. Courseware can be purchased through a perpetual license or term license.
The MaxTrax courseware management system pricing is based on the number of enrolled users and the number of installed “lessons” or SCO’s.
